Preparing Cakes is one of the courseware you need to study to complete the qualification Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NC II.

The other courseware are still under development, however, if you are interested to take up the complete program, you may enroll Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NC II face-to-face training to the nearest TESDA Accredited Technical Vocational Institutes (TVIs) in your area.
